Airbnb Price Trends – EDA & Streamlit Dashboard

This project analyzes New York City Airbnb listings to uncover pricing trends, room type distributions, and availability patterns. I performed detailed Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) on the 2019 Inside Airbnb NYC dataset, engineered relevant features (including distance to landmarks), and built an interactive Streamlit dashboard to present the findings.

• Host activity and availability histograms
• Price trends based on proximity to Times Square, Central Park, and DUMBO
