How the Program Works
This is a project-based certification program — you earn your credentials by designing, building, and deploying agentic AI systems that meet defined technical and documentation standards.
The program is divided into three modules, each ending with a hands-on project:

Completing this module earns the RAG Systems Expert micro-certificate. -

Learning Format
You’ll work through structured lessons, walkthrough videos, and example code designed to help you complete each project step by step.
The program follows a 12-week structure, but you can move entirely at your own pace — faster or slower as your schedule allows.

Projects and Submissions
You can complete projects individually or in teams of up to five members.
Teamwork is encouraged — it mirrors real-world agentic system development.
Each project is submitted as a Ready Tensor publication, which includes:

- A linked GitHub repository with your implementation
Submissions are reviewed using technical rubrics specific to each project’s goals and complexity.
Evaluation Process
- Each project must achieve a minimum score of 70% to qualify for certification.
- Reviewers provide constructive feedback if revisions are needed.
- You can resubmit after addressing feedback — reviews are iterative and supportive.
- Once approved, your certificate and badge are issued automatically.
Project Submission Schedule
This is a self-paced program. There are no fixed deadlines — you can complete lessons, build projects, and submit them whenever you’re ready.
Every month has a project submission due date.
Projects submitted by that date are reviewed in that month’s batch.
If you miss the date, you can submit anytime afterward — your project will simply move to the next month’s review cycle.
Reviews are usually conducted during the two weeks following each due date, depending on the volume of submissions.
The monthly schedule only affects when your submission is reviewed, not when you are required to submit. You can plan your progress around the due dates that best fit your timeline.
