This publication introduces "ReAct Chat," an interactive AI chatbot application built on Streamlit that leverages multiple large language models (LLMs) and external tools. The system integrates OpenAI's GPT-4, Google's Gemini Pro, and Anthropic's Claude for natural language understanding, while also offering image generation using DALL-E 3 and Stable Diffusion XL. Additionally, it features configurable web search via DuckDuckGo and Tavily, and webpage analysis through BeautifulSoup. The application empowers users to interact seamlessly with AI agents for dynamic content generation, intelligent search, and data analysis.
In recent years, AI-powered chatbots have evolved significantly. Our project, ReAct Chat, aims to harness the strengths of various state-of-the-art language models and tools to provide a versatile and interactive user experience. By combining natural language processing, image generation, and web scraping capabilities, this application addresses the growing need for multi-modal interaction and configurable AI solutions. This paper details the design, methodology, and performance evaluation of ReAct Chat, highlighting its potential impact on AI-driven interactive systems.

We conducted a series of experiments to evaluate the performance and usability of ReAct Chat. These included:

ReAct Chat represents a significant step forward in the development of integrated, interactive AI systems. By combining multiple LLMs, advanced image generation, and configurable search and analysis tools within a single interface, the project showcases the potential of multi-modal AI interaction. Future work will focus on further refining model integration, enhancing system scalability, and exploring additional use cases in diverse application domains.
