This publication introduces "Calming Corner With Calm Companion," a novel digital wellness application designed to address the growing mental health challenges in today's fast-paced society. The platform combines a curated collection of evidence-based relaxation activities with an AI-powered conversational agent, creating a holistic approach to stress management and mindfulness practice. By leveraging modern web technologies and artificial intelligence, this solution aims to improve accessibility to mental wellness resources while providing personalized guidance through the "Calm Companion" chatbot. The application offers a variety of scientifically supported relaxation techniques, including guided meditation, breathing exercises, visualization practices, yoga sessions, nature soundscapes, and reflective journaling prompts—all integrated within an intuitive, responsive interface. This project demonstrates how thoughtful technology integration can support mental well-being in an accessible, user-friendly format.
The development process followed an iterative design approach. It consisted of several phases:
Needs Assessment: Analysis of existing digital wellness solutions revealed gaps in personalization, variety of evidence-based techniques, and intuitive user experience design.

The chatbot implementation used natural language processing techniques to understand user intent and provide contextually relevant responses.
